Jordan Masters MD is a fellowship trained cornea specialist skilled to operate and treat conditions related to the front part of the eye. Dr. Masters offers state-of-the-art micro-incision cataract surgery, advanced corneal transplantation techniques (including DMEK, DSAEK, and DALK), corneal cross-linking for the treatment of keratoconus, refractive procedures (including LASIK, PRK and implantation of the EVO Implantable Contact Lens), pterygium surgery, secondary intraocular lens implants, and other complex anterior segment surgery.

Dr Masters graduated first in his class from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He then completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Tennessee Hamilton Eye Institute followed by a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at the prestigious Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan; consistently a top 10 program in the country.

Dr. Masters is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology as an editor of EyeWiki.com. He also serves as the Associate Medical Director of the LifeShare Carolinas Eye Bank and Assistant Medical Director of the Asheville Eye Surgery Center.

Dr. Masters and his wife, Tyler, have 4 young boys and enjoy exploring the mountains of Western North Carolina, skiing, biking, and camping.
